Deadlines will cost an additional 50% charge(deadlines = any form that is accepted with a specific completion date that doesn't fall within the 2-3 weeks time range from email confirmation.My canvas size set to 1800x2520 px (5" x 7"). How to Make a Request & Next StepsCommission is for personal use only. It is not for commercial use, AI purposes, etc.I will have 5 slots open, along with 3 slots for waitlist. Once all slots are filled I will be closing my commission form until all comms are finished!!If I have not contacted you within a day or two since you submitted your form that means all spots and waitlist slots are filled, and you weren't selected for this batch.To see the status of the waitlist/comm please refer to the spreadsheet

In the form fill out:• name/username
• email and other contact alternatives (that is if I can't reach you through email).
• type of piece you want (e.g., headshot, bust, etc.)
• references are highly appreciated
• any additional information/detail about the character, background colour, pose the character is in* I have the right to decline your request if I feel uncomfortable or it is too complex for me

  • After receiving and approving request, a 50% payment is to be made.

  • If payment has yet to be made the commission will be put on hold until then. Meaning I won't start working on the commission until payment is received.

  • During the rough sketch stage revisions can be made.

  • Once the changes are made and it's ready for final production there will be NO major revisions; however, subtle changes can still be made (i.e. change of colour).

  • During this time (after sketch is approved) the remaining payment is to be made. As mentioned prior w/payment, the comm would be put on pause until the remaining payment is made.

  • I will send you progress shots along the way (e.g., line art, base colour, etc.)

  • Final piece will be sent through email.

  • Work will have watermark on it.

- Time frame from me contacting you to final piece will be ~2-3 weeks (except for deadlines)
